By accessing or using CStopia (the "Platform") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

3. Discord Integration

CStopia relies on Discord for authentication and communication. Your use of Discord within CStopia is subject to Discord's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for complying with Discord's policies and maintaining the security of your Discord account. Please also review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or otherwise harm others.
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the Platform, excluding user-generated content, is the property of CStopia or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. CStopia disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CStopia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information; or (c) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform itself.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which CStopia operates, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice on the Platform or by other means. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
